(More customer reviews)While the price is reasonable for the basics and a few more gadgets on this phone, it is an inferior product. Biggest problem is the static on the line -- which is definitely the phone, and not the telephone line. Also, no backlite for lcd readings, so not easy to see who's calling during during the night. Buttons are big, which was a good feature for my mom; features easy to program and use; compact size. Overall, inferior due to the static on the line.
