(More customer reviews)I do not recommend this product, based on all the points listed. I was waiting for someone to give their review before I purchased but looks like I became the first. It receives horrible reception in suburban areas if you are in a building or near a window. You can receive more channels outdoors, but not that much more. The antenna is thin and flimsy. You can't be moving the TV or you lose your signal so forget taking a car ride with it. I had to stand outside to get reception of most channels in the city and when I went indoors, I could not pull in all the signals. You don't get a DC adapter to take with to recharge your battery and it does not take AA batteries either. The SD card stick out from the unit, it's not a push in conceal style. Forget dealing with their supposely Tech Support. They also don't back what they advertised on their site and when I brought it to their attention, they removed it from their site and said the part did not come with the unit. This unit compares to the PRISM television and it's body style is made almost the same. I highly recommend the 3.5" tv that Radio Shack sells called Auvio which has very high reviews (I see why)
