(More customer reviews)I was un-happy with this product righ out of the box. No USB type B cable provided with the product. One of the main reasons I purchased the product was to download files from my computer. Now I'm required to go out and purchase a cable. Finally, I was going to bite the bullet(can I say this without being called a wingnut?)so I tried to load the CD provided and could not get the CD to open on several of my computers. So in the box and back to Amazon. Note:Amagon makes returning a product extremely easy.
