(More customer reviews)The quality of the pictures was terrific. This frame is also very easy to use. I do agree with another reviewer that the user guide leaves much to be desired. I ended up returning my frame because of one issue that is a big deal to me. I absolutely have to have a frame that can show pictures in a random order. This frame claims that when shuffle is on that is what it is suppose to do but it does not work. I tried more then just my frame(even called and emailed kodak) and the pictures are shown the exact same way every time. I have too many pictures to have to sit through all the same ones every time to get to different ones. I believe they could fix this frame with a firmware update and I will keep an eye out because I would like to get this frame if they it.
