(More customer reviews)I have DVD player with pal output, in order to switch to NTSC signal I need to see display on TV to access setting menu, Unfortunately the scan rate is different from TV, it can not see steady picture on screen and noway to set it to NTSC. I bought this item for converting PAL to NTSC the results is the same, it doesn;t work at all!
