Sure, there is no documentation, the package is printed in Chinese (I think), and you're on your own figuring out what the flashing light means. But the darn thing does exactly what it's supposed to do - nothing more, nothing less. After a little trial and error, I decided the flashing blue light means it is working, and that when the flashing stops, it is done charging. The build quality is cheaper than heck, but then the product is cheaper than heck, as well. I bought two, because when I need one, I really really need one and wanted a spare. For some reason, two more of these showed up at my house a few days after the first pair arrived at work. Can't complain about that! Buy a couple, be gentle with the contacts, and enjoy a cheap, simple solution for those occasional emergency charging problems.
